Going deeper
Reiki Level 2 was called ‘Okuden’ by Mikao Usui, meaning ‘inner or hidden teachings’. His intention was for us to go inwards and find what is hidden inside ourselves: non-duality and our great bright light. The practices learned at this level can lead to significant insights, increased intuition, and a deeper connection to the universal life force energy.
Moving forward
After completing Reiki Level 2, you’ll feel confident and equipped to share Reiki with others, moving beyond family and friends and stepping into the role of a professional practitioner. Throughout the course, you’ll receive personalised guidance and practical support to help you set up your practice and fully embrace your own healing power.
What you will learn
Reiki Level 2, often considered the “Practitioner” level, is where you'll discover your inner qualities of Earth, Heaven and Heart energy. You'll be introduced to the three sacred Level 2 Reiki symbols and their mantras, which will help you focus and amplify energy. You'll also learn a range of traditional Usui techniques to develop your intuition and enhance your self-practice and treatments on others. The course offers a 50/50 balance between theory and hands-on practice, and there will be the opportunity to give and receive a distance Reiki session.
