Reiki Level 1

Being initiated into the Reiki Energy will take you on a profound journey of self-discovery and personal growth, offering the first stepping stone along a beautiful path back to your true, balanced nature.

What will I learn?

During this course, you will learn about the system of Reiki, how to practise healing on yourself and others, as well as traditional Japanese meditation and breathing practices. You will receive two attunements (or placements), which will bridge a life-long connection between you and the healing power of Reiki. This connection opens the door to a new reality of self-care, that with regular practice, can guide you towards higher levels of self-awareness, mental clarity, physical wholeness, inner peace, and universal love.

How will Reiki benefit me?

For those who practise Reiki, it becomes over time so much more than a hands-on practice you ‘do’, and more a practice that you ‘live’.

Reiki Level 1 will also help you discover a beautiful new way of connecting with others, empowering you to offer the gift of healing to friends and family.

By the end of this course, you will have everything you need to develop a daily Reiki practice and offer treatments to others.

How is the course structured?

Level 1 is a 2-day course, which will provide you with an introduction to the system of Reiki as well as the procedure and practicalities for using Reiki energy for self-healing and to treat others. The course offers a balance between theory and practice and includes both traditional Japanese practices and Western techniques. Through a combination of input, practical healing sessions, meditation, as well as opportunities to share and ask questions, you will acquire all the tools you need to develop your own daily self-healing practice and offer Reiki healing to family and friends.
