What will I learn?
In this course, you will learn the traditional system of Usui Reiki Ryōhō. You will receive four reiju (attunements), which will bridge a lifelong connection between you and the healing power of Reiki. This connection opens the door to a new reality of self-care, which, with regular practice, will guide you towards higher levels of self-awareness, mental clarity, physical wholeness, inner peace, and universal love. How will Reiki benefit me?
For those who practise Reiki, it becomes over time so much more than a hands-on practice you ‘do’, and more a practice that you ‘live’.
Reiki Level 1 will also help you discover a beautiful new way of connecting with others, empowering you to offer the gift of healing to friends and family.
By the end of this course, you will have everything you need to develop a daily Reiki practice and offer treatments to others.
How is the course structured?
Reiki Level 1 is a 2-day course that will provide you with an introduction to the traditional system of Usui Reiki Ryōhō as well as the procedures and practicalities for using Reiki energy for both self-healing and treating others. Through a combination of input, meditation and energy practices, guided healing sessions, and opportunities to share and ask questions, you will acquire all the tools you need to develop your own daily self-healing practice and offer Reiki healing to family and friends.
After your training, the real journey with Reiki begins—through practice, experience, and deepening awareness. Ongoing support is available as well as monthly Reiki Shares, so you can build confidence, ask questions, and stay connected to your practice.
